GROSSLY UNFAIR TO SHAREHOLDERS

GROSSLY UNFAIR TO SHAREHOLDERS"AT FIFTY THREE CENTS?
EXACTLY WHY SHOULD THIS GUY GET IN at 20% less than today's share price."

EXACTLY the question management needs to answer. Ethically bankrupt comes to mind. Sticking it to shareholders smacks of opportunism when this sugar daddy waves some cash in front of their noses. It's very wrong on a number of fronts in my view.

The shine is really off the apple now.
