RE: insider selling - possible sign? Not imporant. This all happenned on the 27th, after the huge run up. If the shares double in price, and no one (including insiders) knows what the outcome of the tests will be, I don't blame anyone (including insiders) for taking a bit of profit. And it was A BIT, both these persons own a LOT more shares - i.e., this sale amounted to about 1.5% of Bryden's shares. If anything, it's remarkable he sold so little after a price doubling and the "great unknown" lurking ahead. And I haven't heard of any more sales since the 27th (last Monday), which is another good sign.
