The property is located within the prolific Coastal Cordillera belt that hosts the world-class Candelaria (Lundin Mining Corp.) and Mantoverde (Mantos Copper Holding) IOCG mines, and porphyry-skarn deposits such as Santo Domingo (Capstone Mining Corp.) and Inca de Oro (PanAust/Codelco).

Lowry Computer Products Wins Department of Defense's Automatic Identification Technology IV Contract

BRIGHTON, Mich., Aug 04, 2009 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Lowry Computer Products, one of the nation's leading automatic identification/data capture (AIDC) solution providers, today announced that they have been selected by the U.S. Army's Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) to provide Automatic Identification Technology to the U.S Department of Defense (DoD), U.S Coast Guard (CG), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Coalition Partners and other Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The contract, which was awarded to Lowry Computer Products and other awardees, has a potential value in excess of $400 million based on this multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The AIT-IV contract life has an initial term of three years, with an option for a total of six additional years of purchases. Lowry will work with key business partners such as Motorola, Zebra Technologies, CACI and many others to provide end-users with best-in class equipment to help them with their Automatic Identification Technology needs.
