Confused

ConfusedI am confused (as usual).....

The company states that they have to back up the drill/hole to where they were almost two months ago and instead of the SP falling fast we have no sales and a million shares bid at $0.16 and above....and no asks under $0.175....makes no sense to me. What is going on out there ?
