Thanks for your post.  In the years I've posted on this and other forums I've only voted to remove one person and that was for foul language which has no place on any forum.  That was not you.  We may have disagrees a time or two but I would never vote to remove someone because I disagreed with them.  

think you're largely right - it would not be prudent to take the company private immediately from a legal standpoint.  They're far too savvy to do that so it will be a few years most likely.  In the mean time there is no reason to keep the price up since [my guess] they now have sufficient shares to meet the 80% requirement.   I don't think many funds will continue to hold this stock with the control in Chinese hands but I could be wrong.  Keep in mind most of them took a drubbing along with us. Yes, they probably got a far better price but I suspect many are still under water.  Or did Obama bail them out too!?  I would tend to agree that this entire debacle was planned as well.  Where's a good lawsuit when you need one?  I suspect there will be one - sooner or later  :)
