So sorry but I do read the posts and I've not seen any responses to mine with regard to the questions I previously posted here.  However, you can let me know since you ARE so intelligent.  We are agog at how intelligent you are.  So, without further adieu.....

Why weren't the shareholders offered any of those convertible preferred shares that pay 8%?
Why were they even issued?   Gary 'gave" away over 50% of the company for a loan
Why are there more convertible preferred shares than common shares?
What is Jilin Jien going to be paying for the nickel in concentrate?
Is Jilin Jien going to give Liberty Mines byproduct credits for copper and pgm's?
How and when do we get paid?

I've several more questions and thank God we've got you to answer them for us. 
As for my being delusional, perhaps - but I do know a skunk when I see or smell one.
