One small step for Douglas, one giant leap for pro

One small step for Douglas, one giant leap for proThe much awaited 43-101 is finished and can now go into the history books.  We should now expect the website to go back up and more information come out.  The filing also opens up the door for a Venture exchange listing.

IMO, we small investors have been the engine for supporting the stock.  There are some big money players in the stock but with the many thousands of other companies and the high risk involved in explorers, serious money probably has taken a pass.  Alluvia deposits are treated as a  "persona non grata".  The 43-101 now gives Western investors, hedge and mutual funds a legitimate document to review and opens the door for them to invest in the company.  What this does is allows Douglas to seek production funding outside of Asia.

We should not expect that the news of the 43-101 will shoot the stock up immediately.  The large funds are going to carefully review the 43-101 and perform other DD before taking a position.  What I think this document does is place a floor underneath the price.  Let's hope Harp can use it for maximum leverage to obtain the financing to get us the best deal for putting Mkuvia into production.

I believe that Douglas needs to put together an environmental impact study and formally file for the production permit.  Hopefully, the mining license will be finalized by year's end.
