Obviously, the difference is, insiders not adding more share, and driilers willing to take the shares instead of cash. Could it that ASC came down on AZG and said the management was not allowed to participate on next PP, so AZG asked driilers to accept shares instead? Definately a vote of confidence by the workers. The flip side is that the insiders did not want to add more shares, and drillers had little choice but to accept the deal. Who knows...
