The other good news is that managmt has lot's of shares themselves and if the deal is in favour of the chineese'
(geared towards them, that is) they have considerable money on the line too.

Boy these boards are up and down. Starting to think a guy should sell when a board is buzzing and buy when noone wants too talk!!!!!!!!!
