Gadz is 100% correct besides in an all cash transaction for some of the 40-50K 1-2 bedroom rancher deals. All banks would require an appraisal of some typoes before they loan out money for the purchase. Propably a lot more strict on this than before with the pounding they took. 

As well homes that are foreclosed owned by the banks need to be appraised eventually as they need to value the asset to determine how much to write off for their financial statements.
 
Noone in their right mind woudl be buying up the private placement ona dead stock. New cash coming in as a new lease on life. The stock was a concept one several years back and was selling in the .80 range based on its potential. Much money and progress has been made since that time so would expect poeple buying into this one woudl not risk their money unless they were sure they can double or triple their money in my opinion.  

Only time will tell but it has been halted for some time -maybe the regulators are on summer holidays?
