RE: halt for ROX....clarificationThe company said it asked to be notified 48 hours before the decision so they can work on a halt then the stock would be halted for about a day so that the news (meaning the boards decision) can be dissemated to all the proper news outlets.

Twopie, a few months ago I said I would be the first to admit if I was wrong with the timeframe of the decision, I was wrong, I didn't think the board would take this long to render it's decision!

The company has said several times after consulting with their lawyers that the Supreme Court of Nfld referred the matter back to the adjudication board for a FINAL decision and that this decision cannot be appealed and any attempt would be denied. The Supreme Court of Canada only deals with issues that affect the Country, not some claim jumping punk who wants more money...lol
