You talked to Nicole regarding the above info at the time. it seems to me you are more confused after the discussion.
it's not a surprise that Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice wouldn't spend more time on this small case. instead, Nevada Attorney General's office is involved. Mission of Nevada Attorney General is to serve Nevada by advising and defending its institutions, enforcing laws for the protection and benefit of its citizens... etc. it has nothing to do with job creation.
BTW Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto is she, not he.
