ASC intervention......just a guess here, but I would think that in addition to Friday's release from AZG about the "shares for labor costs" arrangement with Ruen, there might have been some bitter and hostile shareholders who had made calls to the ASC about their perceived rip-off or "hey,I'm not a millionaire yet" mentality. If you remember back to that bad, bad Friday, there were quite a few people who could have easily lit up ASC's phone lines. Remember that lady, lalaland999?...one case in point. She was on the phone pronto to Matt and Jon. Could be that is in the mix too, and part of this halt is having to put all these type loose ends to bed too...maybe a half dozen issues or so all together?...who knows. Most gov't agencies are reactive in nature, and you can't blast them off their asses without public pressure, so that's why it could be there might have been some public complaining going on here on too. I just hope this is resolved very soon, so the Co. can focus on the prize!!...
Note....this is not a bash on the Company, just an observation on Gov't oversight agencies in general.
Good Luck!!
