RE: re..news

RE: re..news

I'm not convinced 50 cents will hold. We probably have at least 2 weeks before the aerial survey or any assay results are publcized. This last news release will be all we have for a while. I think that will shake out the momentum traders and prompt a lot of people to take their profits off the table. Quite a few people have doubled their money in a few short weeks. Take the original investment off the table and the let their profits ride.

I think the reality of this project will start to sink in now. There's a lot of hard work ahead. There's not going to be a 43-101 in October/November. Try pre-PDAC in March. Lots of boring, but necessary drill results extending the silver resource and buffing up the economics of this future mine. Lots of boring 2g/tonne gold results to put Homestake over the 1 million ounces mark. If we get lucky, we strike another Hole 87-type result. BUT that's luck and not part of the plan or a realistic expectation.

This is all about getting a joint venture partner or buyout company after March 2010. Bravo is doing the grunt work now for that. There's a big opportunity here, but let's keep in perspective and not get ahead of ourselves.
