RE: Is this content from TLG board true? Here is some information I picked up from a couple of sources from a couple of different companies and some people on the "street"
It’s interesting to see what people think. In a nutshell the management at Tagish have been dragging their heels in getting this deal done. They just don’t want to let go of the property. The Chinese geophysicists came back to Vancouver to fly back to China, because they had been at Tagish since early June, almost two months. The numbered company is Yukon-Shaanxi, or rather Yukon-Shaanxi is a subsidiary of the numbered company. I don’t know much more about it other than Tagish has cancelled their shareholder meeting THREE times already and they keep blaming YNG/Yukon-Shaaxi for it when they are the ones who haven’t been forthcoming with the information required for the Joint Information circular. And the bit about not having money to put into the joint venture is bs ........ because YNG has been floating Tagish for months now. If they ever got around to putting their financials on SEDAR you’d see that.
