please answer question

I read one post where they were talking about Phase 2 beginning after these results which concludes me to believe they are in phase one. I know that on the american exchange, pharma stocks don't hardly begin to do anything until phase 3 is started. So i am wondering how people are expecting this stock to sky rocket.

I have just discovered this stock and do not own yet. Can someone with expertise post a response and explain with intelligence how a phase 1 trail is going to move this stock higher.
