RE: NewYeah <the problem is their partner -Penoles,they hold 55% of the deposit- joint venture plus own a bunch of mag shares.Meaning nobody wants to be partners with Penoles, and nobody can or will takeover Mag ,without having to deal with Penoles, so it seems that Penoles has Mag by the balls.Penoles knows it,Mag knows it,and everyone else knows it.....thus the share price. So it is priced in and I believe things can,t get much worse (relativily) So I don,t think Penoles will give up their shareof the deposit. And nobody will want to take this thing over with the Penoles partner ( there was no other bidders in the attempted takeover-takeunder) Now something has to change,Penoles makes a fair offer 12 to 15 dollars ) or Mag just sells them the deposit and moves on with their other properties.Or ,after a while everyone forgets and the share price moves up with the price of silver.I think in time,Penoles will come back with a higher offer, not a fair offer ( for the deposit),and management-shareholders might just take it-too get rid of them. But this is all priced in to the present share price,so things can only get better.I would be a buyer at these prices.
