(TSX VENTURE:CLQ) reminds shareholders that the annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) at 130 Adelaide Street West, Suite 2700, Toronto, Ontario. The notice of Meeting and accompanying information circular have been mailed to shareholders and are available on the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

At the Meeting, the Company intends to conduct its annual business, electing directors and approving auditors, and special business of confirming the stock option plan and adopting a new general by-law of the Company. Two new directors are proposed to be elected at the Meeting, Mr.Robert Cudney and Mr.Ian McDonald. Brief biographies of Mr. Cudney and Mr. McDonald are as follows:

Robert Cudney

Mr. Cudney founded Northfield Capital Corp. in 1981 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He is a director of several reporting issuers, including Aspen Group Resources Corp; Bear Lake Gold Ltd., FNX Mining Company and Mill City Gold Corp. He has also served as a director of more than 20 other publicly traded companies in the past. Mr. Cudney was instrumental in the founding of many of these companies, including FNX Mining Company and Gold Eagle Mines, which was recently acquired by Goldcorp. Mr. Cudney holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University.

Ian McDonald

Mr. McDonald is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (formerly Blue Pearl Minerals Ltd.), one of the world's largest molybdenum producers. He co-founded Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. in 2004 and has held various positions including Executive Chairman, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. He is also currently Co-Chairman of Stonegate Agricom Ltd., a private company involved in mining industry investment. He was also Chairman of the Board of Glencairn Gold Corporation (now B2 Gold Corp.) from 1988 to 2006, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (now Goldcorp Inc.) for 11 years until 2001, guiding it from a junior explorer into a successful Canadian heap leach miner. Mr. McDonald has more than 25 years experience in the resource sector in progressively more senior roles as financial adviser, company founder, senior executive and board chairman of junior and intermediate mining companies.
