Well, the way I see it, is they made the decision to focus on their solar powered/LED business. CSI doesn't fit the companies mission statement (and never did). With no other parties interested in purchasing it, what choice did the have?

Hat's off to DG! Reminds me of the bargain price the solar home division went for!

I'll sit back and wait for nDiamond (aka "the pumper") to way in on this! Always good for a chuckle!
