My hypothesis is that VELO (VLO) will be buying some fields from Premier.  Art and his team moved over to VLO and they know the fields that PREMIER bought in ONSL's administration.  Art will probably get financing and make his first move in September 2009.

BTW:  VLO share price took off from .07 to .61 and is holding, people beleive that Art will make his way back.  Schacter will probably come on BNN to issue comments on VLO now that Art and his team are back.
