Why does the topic of insiders and selling even come up? Nice try for the "creating doubt team"

Man you guys, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that all insiders are bound by laws where they may not trade on either side of company material news, be it good or bad, for a set period of time. That goes for direct and indirect holdings.

In case you miss the point, it''s all about the insider trading laws folks and it's pretty straight forward stuff. Man this runs right along with the dumb posts about phoning the company to try and get a heads up on the next release of what those in the business would call material information. LOL. Again at best you will get generic and non specific details and thats about all thay are allowed to divulge.
You know the level playing fields and across the board timely dissemination speeches

So here's the lastest insider info. Anyone who has to INK research morning reports etc can also get the top buyers and sellers for the previous days activity as well.
