Few thoughts on cobalt. First you have to beaware of the Congo situation and simply revolution, disease, etc. and have son -in-law  in State dept who has traveled there and between Al-quida and above mentioned issues, suggest Kurtzes diamonds a good read on the mess. The grade of cobalt is important,do you have smelter near? to build one with power station ,roads, electric lines etc. $75 million. Cost of mining,FCO at $7 and high change for break even. Transportation to markets, are they year round? Competion from copper mines with cobalt as a secondary mineral keeping prices incheck, again they tend to be lower grades which cost more to refine.Refining secondery minerals is a question of expense???? Also secondery mineral markets FCO in Uranium and has a silver play that is quite attractive. I like the PVS issues so far and may soon put money where my mouth is ,but many issues down road believe it will be 3 years before mining, from what I know?????
