why is wrk climbing ? simple math!
why is wrk climbing ? simple math!WRK is climbing because of the recent announcmenent. They have show considerable AFFO increase.
Prior to the announcement they were close to covering the distribution.
Now they are making more than the distribution, by a reasonable margin.
Allowing the distribution to be quite safe.
On-top-of that ,Jason has eluded to more deals not far off.
so............WRECK could actually in a position to increase the distribution!
not likely as they probably would wait for a time of safety in this economy.
But great shape all around
