RE: EXPENSIVE $$ in the till
RE: EXPENSIVE $$ in the tillLate game change???
Perial was the largest shareholder with 25,000,000 shares.
Now we have three directors of Balaton issuing effectively controlling 18,000,000 shares if warrants are exercised.
How many shares do these directors own previously?
Is there fear of a take over from Perial?
IF, if and more if's, but if Balaton really does have one of the most valuable bauxite reserves in Asia tied up and (after 6 years) is ready to cosumate the deal, why issue so many shares if it is not to defend against a power grab.
Lessons:
1. maybe we are close to an end of some kind
2. maybe markets don't like the looks of selling 18,000,000 shares off for just $180,000,000 and a few pennies of warrants(if this is the mother of all bauxite deposits)
3. maybe that is why this is only trading at 7 cents for now and why if you go to level 2, it could be trading at .01 or even .001 in a few heart beats
Money in the till?????? Whose till?
