Counterintuitive Decision

Counterintuitive DecisionHow could the management, after 10 long months, finally decide to scrap the deal when they are literally DAYS away from closing a massive $7 acquisition. HONESTLY? lol

I'm not even a shareholder but that is so bogus, it doesn't make any sense. Now they will be in a legal battle for the silly $20M break-fee for another 6+ months guaranteed.

If you waited 10months, wait atleast another few days come on! Unless there is so real debauchery going on behind closed doors and GFI is waffling about, it would have been smarter to wait.

Just a big waste of time for the management group considering they now changed their mind and don't want to sell. damn. Feel sorry for the SH's would hoped it was a done deal.

Bad for FSY SH's
Bad for GFI reputation
Bad for Uranium sector

Good for the lawyers and charging mega fees to settle this fallout. hah
