RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Don't you know!Spring: in my view you can continue to be more optimistic because the top line is growing great relative to the flat performance of the ems sector as a whole. You are not correct about the slow revenue growth. No other public company in the ems sector is growing at the rate of ATQ other than IEC. This is exceptional growth.
The problem in my view is that they report all of their US sales in Cdn$ and you have the tail wagging the dog effect. To me ATQ should change its reporting so that all of the financials are reported in US$. That would minimize the currency effect except for the labour costs incurred in Cdn$.
As for RH getting actively involved, I am very happy about this turn of events. In my view there were too many people with minority positions (if any at all) putting on the brakes as they collected their fees and stock options. Now we have a stakeholder, an owner, who is questioning everything since the other board members refused to get directly involved. I would much rather own shares in a company where there is a stakeholder that wants to build the market cap of the company. They bought in at $0.10 and I bet they will not be happy until ATQ is trading at ten times that.
And that is not pie in the sky. Look at IEC on the AMEX. When new management and stakeholders came into the picture the stock was at $0.07 per share. It is now over $5 per share. Now that is what giving a damn does for a stock.
The RH microscope analysis will rattle a few feathers I am sure but it will create the conditions for the bottom line to be matched by the topline growth. That my friends in $1/share in the not too distant future.
