RE: Any ideas when they will raise the needed capiManagement will secure financing before major operations take place. As noted, they have exisiting infrastructure that greatly reduce CAPEX. In my opinion, this one will have a ~$2.0 share offering which would be close to a 25 million addition to the small float of 31 million shares. That would put the companies market cap of just over 100 million which is in line with the 25% equity interest Mitsu purchased.
