Again this is a last resort, as it would certainly not help promote HRG, However it never hurts to have things planned and have an idea as to support. In the states Lawyers who are confident in outcome of such cases will often not charge money upfront, as they will stipulate that upon victory they are entitled to agreed upon percent, not sure how it works in Canada
