Ii am sure Ralph knows that he can go it alone....so long as there is something there(gold)...there will be partners lining up. He just got to make the best deal for the shareholders and himself.
With limited funds, like most juniors, I bet there will be a slew of mergers happening. You are seeing glimpses of that now. imho
Be patient, a partner will surface; if it hasnt already...........................
