Any ideas on the rise in price?

Any ideas on the rise in price?There has been little to no activity by the company, so what is driving the price up?
Has anyone had contact with the office, esp regarding the FeTi St Urbain, or is this to do with the uranium properties - Hogarth or Maverick?
