There are two options as far as I am concerned. They can purchase Scotia Zinc's mill from their receiver. Although Scotia Zinc is wholely owned by Acadian Gold so they may not want to part with it... since they are probably going to need a mill at some point. However they are a long way away from processing gold with it. This would probably mean moving the mill, building the required infrastructure to set it up etc. Personally I don't think this is the option they will pursue.
I think the better alternative would be for them to contract with Crew Gold to use their Nugget Pond mill in Newfoundland. The OX site has excellent road and water access (1km down a hill) from a significant wharf and deep water port on the Atlantic. The ore can be easily trucked down the hill, loaded onto a barge or large bulk ore carrier and transferred to Crew Gold's Nugget Pond in NF in less than a 24-36 hour sail where it can then be processed through a mill that does exactly this type of work (toll processing). I like this solution because it doesn't require huge amounts of capital investment up front to setup their own mill. It may even be a very economical approach over the long term as this is what Crew Gold was doing with their facility for with one of their mines in Greenland. Its also a model used in NS for many of the gypsum mines who ship their ore south for processing.
I seem to recall there may be one other small mill in the area but its location has slipped my mind at the moment.
