Here is one strong reassurance discovered when I looked into MAI/TNR's Los Azules dispute which is now heating up. 

According to the SUFIY blogsite, George MacIntosh QC, from the highly esteemed Canadian law firm Farris Vaughn Wills and Murphy LLP [Farris] is defending Minera Andes' claim on back-in rights to subsidiary TNR Gold's Los Azules property in Argentina.

The deadline for XStrata to act may and probably will be extended another month, to September 30th. 

Should XStrata proceed to court they are up against a Legal giant--
