At the same time I find them to be even more shrewd than their North American counterparts. They will use their leverage. No shame and dishonor for re-negging a deal with UUU. Shame and dishonor for the consortium's management if they don't and end up losing money for the investors they front for, yes.

While still commiiting to invest, if the stock is trading at $1.50 say when it comes time to pony up the $230M, instead of 117M shares, they will ask for 153M shares. The point is they will re-neg if the thing is too out of whack.

Don't count on shame and dishonor for re-negging from us UUU shareholders trumping them making millions of dollars for their consortium shareholders. They will be heros to those people, just not the remaining UUU shareholders.
