New gold mines

What company has put a gold mine into production without any delays or hiccups?  Look at Minefinders a well respected company with a mine just built in Mexico.  With Ecuador's lack of mining infrastructure I think we should cut DMM some slack.  What they are trying to do is a difficult task.  What we need is a positive announcement by the Ecuadorian government on their mining policy in relation to DMM.
