Burn property is located about 65 km north of Smithers, BC. Its Pedro claims are located about 100 km from the city of Torreon.

This is not a Good deal it is a GREAT Deal.

We get working capital going forward of 1.2 million and another 1.2 million if they exercise the warrants down the road
AND they spend the FIRST 20 million bucks on the property before we have to spend a dime. Plus these guys have deep pockets and know how to find GOLD . I couldn't be happier
