Today's NewsFunny how posters on this board continually pump this stock and make claims day in and day out on what the SP will do....what news is coming.....when it's coming....blah....blah....blah .....!!!
And when a NR is finally out.....the SP dips.....and it becomes dead silent as if they have no clue with wtf is going on.

Some feedback on today's PP news would be appreciated by the many folks here who have followed your pumping and clung unto it with champagne dreams and caviar wishes !!!
In any case.....here's my quick take on it:
- NR sent out today on $10MM to be raised by way of a best efforts private placement
- This was followed by a dip in SP
- On Monday we'll probably see that dip continue as scared fruit falls off the tree
- Over the following 2 weeks we will see the SP ascend upwards quite rapidly...perhaps even breaking through $3
- In about 2-3 weeks the terms of the PP will be announced
So.....the golden question remains what will be the price of each unit offered.....??? The trading range over the next couple of weeks will give us a much better indication.
However, my guess (at this time) is that it gets set at around $2.90 - $3.00.....thus representing about 5% dilution......with the warrant exercise price at around $3.85.
- Following this news, the SP (wherever it may be at the time) will make it's way to the unit price announced.
- In about 2-3 weeks after that.....the PP offering will close
That's my take on it. Any comments or other opinions, I'm sure would be greatly appreciated by all.

P.S. GoodFello - the rumors you've heard about $3.00 may still be true. IMHO, I think the price may be set very close to that.
