The homebuilding segment offers a variety of home floor plans and elevations at different prices and with varying levels of options and amenities to meet the needs of homebuyers. LOL! It was the SLW financing of AXR that sealed the deal for me on this stock. Be right and sit tight, as they say. Follow the money, not the newsletter writers.

Recent trading indicates a fresh assault on the 12 month highs is underway. If that succeeds, new all-time highs become the target. I like our chances from here.
