RE: RE: not just canolaCanola is differant than rapeseed. Canola was developed through conventional plant breeding from rapeseed  so that it contains much less erucic acid, which is suspected of being harmful to animals and humans.

An advantage of canola over soy is canola has a beneficial omega 3 fatty acid profile.
