The Company’s projects include Sarita Este, Sand Canyon, and Rodeo Property. Sarita Este is a gold-silver-copper exploration project located in northwest Salta Province, Argentina, near First Quantum’s Taca Taca project. Sarita Este sits at elevations between 3,550-3,750 meters above sea level. It holds an option to acquire 51% of the Sarita Este concession from Cascadero Minerals Corporation. Sand Canyon is an exploration-stage, gold-silver project located in proximity to the historic Sleeper Mine in northwestern Nevada. It consists of about 526 claims totaling approximately 16 square miles. Rodeo is located two kilometers (km) east of the town of Rodeo in Durango State, Mexico. It owns the Rodeo and Rodeo 2 claims covering 1,866 hectares of land.

RE: UpdateGolden has announced two separate property deals with Capstone and Cascadero - another million bucks in the treasury and a very strong royalty agreement with Capstone on an extension along strike of their producing Zacatecas property and an earn-in by Cascadero on a property in Golden's Argentina portfolio.

The Denver Gold Show later this month ought to be a good forum for Golden CO HQed AUM. Don't be surprised to see a retail spike week after next and a newsletter writer touting the stock before too long.
