    DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) --"The 'All-weather' friendship between China and Tanzania has withstoodthe tests of both international and domestic situation changes. Bothsides have achieved long-term mutual understanding, mutual trust andmutual support with fruitful cooperations in various fields ofeconomic, cultural, education, health and military," a top Chinesediplomat said here on Tuesday.

    In an exclusive interview withXinhua, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania Liu Xinsheng termed thebilateral relateions between China and Tanzania as an "example" ofsincere cooperation and unity between China and Africa, even among thedeveloping countries.

    He noted that China has committed toimplementing the eight measures to promote Sino-African cooperationannounced at the Forum for China-Africa Cooperation Beijing Summitdespite the international financial crisis, specifying that all theconcerned projects in Tanzania is being implemented smoothly and willbe completed in time.

    "Chinese companies will beencouraged to invest more in Tanzania in the field of mining,construction, agriculture, telecommunication and infrastructure, whichcreate more jobs and increases tax payments and bring the suitabletechnology to the host country and promote the local development," theChinese ambassador said."
