Looks to me  that HSE  is artificially kept  at ~ $29/s. Something is cooking.  Could it be that it is being sold?  And it is kept  at $29/s   not   to have  the premium  too low?  It is possible that they spin Asia  and  the rest sell like to BPI  who already has  significant interests     in  Husky's plays. Well, time will tell. But it behaves strangely.
