RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Zhou is back in - AGM is dZhou's greatest contribution in API is finding of the deposit initially and getting the 43-101 done. Beyond that it is beyond her capacity. You are absolutey right that the issue is how to get the money, some 3-4Billion$ in capex to build the mine. This is a large undertaking and it needs a good team effort and experts in all areas to do that. You did not do your homework right, the "old farts" had potash mining experience prior to their coal experience. Mind you, mining coal is more complicated than mining potash which is basically a salt. No washing is needed, unlike coal. The "old farts" are connected to the money world because of their prior positions in large mining companies and their exposure to the capital market. Their names have clout, not Dawn Zhou. Time will prove me right. API's stock may go up but they will never find a strategic partner. If API will eventually be acquired by other larger potash miners or mining conglomerates, I wish them luck because this is the only way out. The current API Board will not lead API to anywhere, but remain a small cap junior waiting to be acquired and forever an exploration company. Time will tell, time will tell,....
