PEM has some ?s to answeras to why when the stock was high that they didn't do a PP in the mid 40s would have filled it right away and got on with another drill program, then when the NRs came out with the other holes the stock would have gone up especially with another drill program on the go.Coffin talked about this a long time ago and it makes sense, I hope they have an offer on the table because we need to drill soon before the snow flies. We all know this business is all about timing and I think PEM blew a good chance.
