Ministerio socializó hoja de ruta del Gobierno Nacional. Alcaldes esperan más socializaciones.

Una reunión con los alcaldes de la provincia en la que se analizarán tópicos en torno a la minería y las demandas que plantean las comunidades, marcó la primera reunión del Consejo Público del Ministerio Coordinador de la Política, que se realiza en la provincia.
Encabezados por Ricardo Patiño, titular de esta Cartera de Estado, junto a pocos ministros principales llegaron cerca de las 08:30 de ayer al Salón Social del Club de Clases y Policías "El Paraíso".
A puerta cerrada, los personeros gubernamentales escucharon los planteamientos de las autoridades provinciales. Cerca de las 11:00 empezaron a arribar algunos alcaldes, entre ellos Smilcar Rodríguez, de Zamora, y Luis Portilla, de El Pangui.La autoridad afirmó que la reunión reciente surge como iniciativa de algunos alcaldes de la provincia para abordar temas referentes a vialidad, agricultura, salud, y sobre todo la importancia del tema minero.
"Es muy importante tratarlo directamente con las autoridades para explicar la hoja de ruta que es considerada para Zamora", acotó, asegurando que intenta tratar las cosas directamente con la población.
En la tarde, los Ministros mantuvieron una reunión con el prefecto provincial, Salvador Quishpe, quien manifestó su satisfacción de que se haga efectivo el dialogo serio y respetuoso con el gobierno nacional respecto al tema minero.
Aseveró que el mismo que permitirá encontrar el camino adecuado para el desarrollo de la provincia. "No para satisfacer intereses o ideas del prefecto, sino para ubicar mecanismo para encaminar el quehacer minero del país", remarcó.
Según el viceministro de Minas, José Serrano, durante la jornada se expuso una información general y detallada del proceso seguido para la exploración minera en Zamora Chinchipe, destacando posibles acuerdos tanto con alcaldes como con prefecto.
El burgomaestre de El Pangui, Luis Portilla, espera que el Ministro del ramo, Germánico Pinto, acuda a esta localidad para socializar la Ley Minera, como zona de influencia de uno los más grandes yacimientos de cobre en el país.
Modesto Vega, presidente del Consorcio de Municipalidades Amazónicas, indicó que se hizo hincapié sobre la necesidad de que no se afecta la Ley 010 en la nueva Ley de Territorialidad que aprobará la Asamblea Nacional, donde el movimiento oficialista PAÍS tiene una coyuntural mayoría.
