Healthy discussionI have to think hard and do my own DD with very limit information
If Alan (landlord) and Bob (coal miner) are relatives (I hope this is the case, so Naggy doesn’t have to pay Alan). In another word, Alan and Bob could team up and sell $45/ton to the market. Naggy showed up and told Alan and Bob that can I be your whole sale dealer? Alan and Bob gladly agreed. Anyway, give that guy $5 discount and we will be worry free in this recession time. Naggy requested that we need to sign up a firm contract, on which it should clearly specify that Naggy is the general manager, Bob is hired by Naggy. All Naggy wants is to show his parents back home that he has grown up and is doing great outside.
Yes, if I was Naggy’s parent, I would gladly reward him some fund for starting his own business.
The biggest issue faces Naggy now is how he can sell the product at a good price as a whole sale dealer (although he call himself a manager) because the margin is very low.
The above reasoning may be totally false because I don’t have much information. Anyone (including insiders) who has more detail, accurate information should come out to prove my reasoning is wrong with facts. Let’s have a healthy discussion.
