I think you are right on in your post.  I would also like to see the projected budget plan for net profit per share per quarter.  We have seen some slipage in these metrics in the past few quarters combined with the economic forcast and that is why the share price is in the dumper.  Northern Securities once did an evaluation of this company and strongly said that the .10 cent share price levels would be history for this stock,,,,,, only to see the stock trade at .08 cents a share today. 

Bart,  call Wayne Silver directly and question him on the future potential of this company and try to get some sence on how they will shore up the share price though  growth strategy, profit metric rather than consolidation.  I will not be supporting any consolidation motion at the next annual meeting until financial metric improve.  I have a subtantial holding in this company and are aware of a few other people that have a lot of shares and we should pull our resources together to ensure that the company does not dilute any more.
