Addax shares were already worth 36 a share so the premium was 16 a share for the discovery. Also you have to factor in what percentage of the 2BB can be recovered. Anyways, my calculations say that VST is worth 6.75 per share per billion barrels of discovery.... not too far off from what the chinese paid extra for addax (8 bucks per share per billion barrel)
