It is more obvious what is happening here after that read. Cheap share will not last long. With all this commitment in the region, is it possible mag already has the 700mil in place and are giving the chineese a chance to wash their american dollars at a slighly reduced rate to the banks? There has to be some gaurantees for the other players to be spending their money? Any comments?
