The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

RE: RE: Insiders are unloading....The old song about insiders selling is that it may or may not mean anything. If all insiders are stampeding to the door, selling their entire positions, that is meaningful. I have no idea what portion of their positions are being sold by BNK insiders.  recall not long ago that insiders were selling Thompson Creek Metals at a price of somewhere between $5 - $7. Sorry, I can't recall the exact price. Today, several months later its trading at + $13. There were several posters on the TCM thread that also suggested that TCM was fully valued. And it may have been. What happened since is that the price of Moly went up substanially and with it TCM. So, the bottom line may well be where is the price of oil heading. There is little question that if it recedes so will the price of all the oil company stocks.  My question for Joanne Hruska is "fully valued" at what price of oil?
