If there were even a hint that I was going to makeLook they talk of revised offers and such, and it is just an MOU, not a contract. It is the basis for a contract, general terms. I think that if the PP price was locked, surely we would be trading around 25 cents. However, I am beginning to wonder if maybe those revised terms are a 15 cent PP with more money added into the coffers. I dont believe either that management will give up a golden goose as well, unless extremely generous terms were offered, and again, if that were the case we would likely see much better pricing, at least by my opinion. So, whats left.?? The status quo, likely still working ahead on pricing on this potential financing, obviously the Chinese saw what they liked, and now well have to see what kind of price, they are willing to pay, (assuming deal goes through) to take a significant control position of the company. Let us hope it is not anything less than what was advertised previously, and yes the delays are standard procedure for most DD's performed by those outside the company. In the meantime, Im in around 15 cents so I dont care either way. I wont be selling until more news is known, and I think Im safe in regards to any downside in share price. In the meantime, you have to ask yourself why the company waited so long to drill with the funds that were made available through the previous PP. The valuation of the company's assets in Ethiopia very likely would be greatly enhanced through the process of confirmation drillling and perhaps some exploratory holes. Now the Chinese venture gets to keep that upside, if the deal goes through, as it seems it will....... tsk tsk for the long termers..... I just bought and forgot about it and Im sure those that bought at much higher prices, have long since sold..... IN the meantime the stock has churned for a long time at these prices, and you have to wonder where all the selling has come from... Just pointing out a lot of factors that are worth considering as an investor.
